The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 8a, line 1 by striking out “Effective day July 1, 2022;” and inserting in lieu thereof, “Effective July 1, 2023.” And on page 1, section 8a, line 3, by striking out “For the school year 2022-2023” and inserting in lieu thereof, “For the school year 2023-2024.”
